Founder and Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Selwyn Isakow
SELWYN ISAKOW is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Oxford. Since 1985, he has evaluated and financed acquisitions, developed business strategies and overseen the implementation of investment strategies of portfolio companies. Mr. Isakow acts as Chairman of portfolio companies and a New York Stock Exchange listed company. He also serves on the Board of Directors of various civic organizations.
Mr. Isakow has lead several roll-ups in the plastics, rubber components, metal forming, fastener and tool and die segments of the automotive industry with aggregate global revenues of about $2 billion as well as numerous other industries.
He is also founder and majority shareholder of three banks focusing on the private banking market. This banking group operates as The Private Bank and includes a mortgage company, wealth management group and provides trust services.
Mr. Isakow was previously Executive Vice President and member of the Chairman's Executive Team at Comerica, Incorporated, a major regional bank holding company.
As a principal at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Management Consultants, he developed corporate strategies in a broad array of industries and headed the firm's consulting practice for the financial services industry in the Western United States.
Mr. Isakow has an MBA with distinction from The Wharton Business School, where he was also a Teaching Fellow. He has an undergraduate degree and two post‑graduate degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with honors.
